The naturaSign Pad Colour with bright colour screen and USB port is the most advanced model for counter services, developed and manufactured by StepOver - Europe (StepOver GmbH) in Germany.

Thanks to its extremely flat design (1.1 cm height), the naturaSign Pad Colour will not only be the shining point of any counter, but it can also be used in the most demanding portable services. In combination with the asymmetrically displaced screen, the construction of this pad offers unmatched ergonomics to the user, both left- and right-handed: sign as you would do on a piece of paper. The highest safety performance and an internal real time clock for a secure date stamp of each signature make this pad a unique product on the world market.

The highest proof security on the market

Each naturaSign Pad Colour is provided with a unique certificate for the digital signing process (2048 bit RSA private key), with which the internal signature creation unit signs the document in a completely safe way. Furthermore, with this certificate the person examining the signed document can precisely assign the signature to a specific signature pad.

Apart from this, the processor of the signature pad contains a public key of a second key pair (RSA 2048 bit), generated by a notary public. By means of this key, the biometric data is already encrypted in the pad. This way, highly sensitive information can never be found in decrypted format in the unsafe “computer” environment (e.g. working space). The private key of this second key pair is safely deposited at the notary public.

The unique safety concept of this StepOver signature pad offers the highest possible proof security to the person/body implementing this system, since it is the only way he/it can provably claim he/it never used the biometric data of the signature for purposes other than intended (e.g. by scanning the working space and copying the data to another document).

The large colour display provides you with enough space to insert long texts and messages. You can customise the design according to your requirements.

It can often be difficult to turn the display to the customer, especially at customer service counters. Fortunately, your signature pad can show the document which is to be signed.

Not only can individual messages appear on the display, you can also sign directly onto documents. It’s almost like signing a paper document.

The brilliant colour display with a resolution of 640x840 pixels can present your latest offers, products, solutions and services perfectly in stand-by mode.

The integrated colour display shows the signature in real time and can be used to insert text, graphics, document extracts and interactive buttons.

The naturaSign Pad Colour is provided with a lateral holder for secure storage of the pen during transport, as well as a vertical POS holder for when the pad is in use. The pen (naturaPen) is held on a chord. Thanks to the innovative material it is made from, the pen is extremely abrasion resistant, also protecting the sensor from scratches. The material used in naturaPen is also 100% food safe.

On the back, the signature device contains two screw holes for table and wall mounting; mounting accessories are available separately. 

Thanks to the “Encrypted HID Standard”, driver installation is not required for W2000, XP, Vista, Win7, Linux and MAC OSX. The internal real-time clock provides each transmitted signature with a GMT date stamp from the internal, tamper-proof clock. In addition to the display, the status LED indicates the operation mode (Off/No connection, Orange/Stand-by, Green/Signature recording).

This is a CO2-neutral product. The use of a signature pad saves thousands of paper sheets. Moreover, in cooperation with the German non-profit association PrimaKlima Weltweit e.V., 10 m² new trees are planted for each StepOver signature pad sold. The materials used are suitable for recycling, e.g. the old signature pad housing can be reused later for a new product.
