AWD – handwritten e-signature with the StepOver naturaSign Pad Standard
From now on, consultants and clients of the AWD can sign standard insurance applications and minutes of the consultation electronically, using the StepOver naturaSign Pad Standard.
An electronic workflow, file management, electronic data processing and the digital storage of documents to secure archives are methods that may lead to a considerable saving of time and money for companies. To the clients, these universal systems offer the benefit of faster, easier and error-free processing of their needs, instructions and requests.
However, the effective conversion of this type of universal electronic processing still gives rise to media discontinuities when printing, signing and recapturing the documents. These inconveniences have come to an end since AWD introduced the handwritten electronic signature on signature pads.
From now on, consultants of AWD can immediately order the naturaSign Pad Standard of StepOver, download the required drivers and work in many paperless and seamless areas, by entering the AWD central information point (“Infothek”) under the menu item “IT Service / AWD Business Centre” and then under “Order Hardware” (“Bestellung Hardware”).
The first naturaSign Pads have already been delivered.
